Refund policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, uninstalled, and not operated or pressurized, with all included parts and materials in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This condition requirement does not limit claims involving products that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Starting a return
To request a return, email us at kris@powerlineindustries.com. Returns must be sent to:
Power Line Industries dba HotJet USA
14773 S Heritage Crest Way
Riverton, UT 84065
United States
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions explaining how and where to send your package. For ordinary eligible returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and not operated or pressurized, as described above. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted. Contact us before shipping any damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.
For questions about a return, contact kris@powerlineindustries.com or call 1-800-624-8186.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Nozzles drilled, orificed, or configured to your GPM and PSI are eligible for the same 30-day return policy as other nozzles. They must be completely unused, uninstalled, and not operated or pressurized, with all included parts and materials in their original packaging. The customer arranges and pays return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are final sale. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item is returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and uninstalled, with all included parts and materials in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
For ordinary eligible unused-item returns, original outbound shipping charges actually paid are nonrefundable. The customer also arranges and pays return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, we do not deduct an outbound shipping charge that you did not pay. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items or any refund required by applicable law.
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact kris@powerlineindustries.com.
Product Warranty Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Product Warranty Policy explains the difference between an unused-product return and a claim involving an alleged product defect. SewerJettingNozzles.com is operated by Power Line Industries dba HotJet USA.
Returns and warranties are different
Our Return and Refund Policy covers eligible products returned within the stated return window. A standard return must generally be unused, uninstalled, and not operated or pressurized.
A warranty claim concerns an alleged defect in materials or workmanship. Installation or use does not automatically prevent a legitimate defect claim, but an installed, operated, or pressurized product is no longer eligible as an unused-product return. We evaluate warranty claims separately and, when applicable, submit them to the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties
Many products are covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty terms in effect for the product control the available coverage, exclusions, procedures, and remedy. Power Line Industries dba HotJet USA will reasonably assist customers with eligible claims as the seller, but does not create an additional independent warranty unless one is expressly provided in writing.
Warthog® products manufactured by StoneAge
StoneAge’s currently published limited warranty generally covers defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the end user’s purchase, provided the warranty period ends no later than eighteen months from StoneAge’s shipment to the dealer or end user. Coverage depends on the applicable product terms, purchase date, eligibility, exclusions, and required claim procedures. Replacement parts supplied under warranty do not start a new full warranty period. Review StoneAge’s limited warranty or contact us to confirm the terms that apply to your product before purchase.
Hydra-Flex products
Hydra-Flex’s current warranty generally covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 90 days from the date the product ships from Hydra-Flex. Hydra-Flex determines whether an eligible product will be repaired or replaced, and a return merchandise authorization is required before a product is sent for warranty evaluation. Review Hydra-Flex’s warranty terms for coverage and exclusions.
Installed parts and wear components
Nozzles, rotors, swivels, seals, bearings, orifices, and rebuild components must be installed, operated, filtered, lubricated, and maintained according to the applicable manufacturer instructions and within the product’s rated pressure, flow, temperature, fluid compatibility, and application limits.
Normal wear is not a manufacturing defect. Wear items and surfaces intended to wear are generally not covered unless the manufacturer determines that the part itself was defective. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible parts, contamination, poor water quality, inadequate filtration, freezing, corrosion, misapplication, dry operation, overpressure, excessive flow, alteration, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions is generally excluded.
Custom-configured nozzles
Custom-drilled, custom-orificed, and otherwise specially configured nozzles are eligible for our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy when completely unused, uninstalled, and not operated or pressurized. The customer arranges and pays return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. An alleged defect in materials or workmanship is reviewed separately as a warranty claim.
Nozzle performance depends on the equipment and operating information supplied for configuration, including actual pump flow and pressure, hose size and length, pressure loss, water condition, and the intended application. A performance or sizing issue caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer-supplied specifications is not a manufacturing defect. If we configure a product differently from the specifications confirmed on your order, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
What is generally not covered
Unless the applicable manufacturer warranty states otherwise, warranty coverage generally does not include:
- normal wear, routine maintenance, consumables, or expected replacement of wear parts;
- freight or transit damage, which should be reported as a shipping claim;
- damage from misuse, misapplication, accident, neglect, freezing, corrosion, poor water quality, debris, or inadequate filtration;
- operation outside published pressure, flow, temperature, fluid, or application limits;
- incorrect installation, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair; or
- lost production, labor, removal, installation, rental, travel, or other indirect costs unless the manufacturer expressly agrees otherwise.
How to submit a warranty claim
Stop using a product if continued operation could cause further damage or create a safety risk. Email kris@powerlineindustries.com with:
- your order number and purchase date;
- the product name, model, part number, and serial number, if applicable;
- a clear description of the issue and when it began;
- photographs or video showing the product and issue;
- installation details and actual operating pressure, flow, fluid, filtration, and application; and
- any troubleshooting already performed.
Do not return a product until we or the manufacturer issue return instructions and, when required, a return merchandise authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused. Warranty evaluation, repair or replacement decisions, and responsibility for shipping charges are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Manufacturer warranty terms can change, so contact us if you need the current terms for a specific product before purchase.
